Welcome to FoodHackr (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using FoodHackr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Use of the App
FoodHackr is designed to help you reduce food waste by suggesting recipes based on your available ingredients.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use FoodHackr.
2. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
FoodHackr provides recipe suggestions and meal ideas. We do not guarantee nutritional accuracy, dietary suitability, or allergy safety.
You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and ensuring that food is safe to eat.
Always follow proper food safety guidelines when cooking.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features of FoodHackr may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
Paid subscriptions (if applicable) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
Prices and features may change; any updates will be communicated in-app or via email.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in FoodHackr, including text, design, logos, and code, is the property of FoodHackr and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
You retain rights to the content (e.g., images of your food) that you upload, but grant FoodHackr a limited license to use this content to operate and improve the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
FoodHackr is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodHackr is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to health issues, data loss, or financial loss.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FoodHackr at any time if you violate these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of FoodHackr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
